Still cannot get around training an Alaskan malamute? Here are a few more tips to make Alaskan malamute training easier.

Dog house training is one of the most important things to teach your dog. However, it can be difficult to teach your dog what you want him to do. There are two methods you can use to do this.

First, as your dog positions himself to urinate you must pick him up and put him on the designated spot. Second, you can use a newspaper to cover the area where he usually urinates. As he learns that he must only urinate on the newspaper, you can move it outside the house. The idea is for him to follow the smell of his own urine. Both methods require vigilance on your part and can be used simultaneously.

Alternatively, you use the crate training for dogs. This involves the use of a crate to confine your dog when you have no time to supervise him. This prevents him having accidents around your home as he is confined in one space. Some may think it is a cruel method so it is entirely up to you to use this method.

A basic command that your dog should know would be coming when called. Your Alaskan malamute puppy will normally have an instinct to come to you. Calling him by his name and encouraging him with treats. If he does not come be patient and do not scold him.

All the above methods would help in Alaskan malamute training.
